The annual club meeting is set for this Saturday from 10:00 to 12:00 at the Church of Christ. We will have open play that morning from 8-10.

This is the time when new Executive Board members are selected, club financials are presented and votes on changes to the Club bylaws will take place. The executive board will discuss what events are coming up as well as what has been accomplished this past year. It’s also the time for club members to make suggestions for the club. If you are a current club member or are going to join please try to attend this meeting.
